Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ScramblePrint, operated by a US-based sole proprietor. By using the site, you agree to them.
The service
ScramblePrint lets you design a custom, print-ready golf tournament scorecard and download it as a PDF. The regular price is $39 one-time per scorecard design, charged once when you complete checkout.
ScramblePrint is currently in early access while we prepare for launch, and paid checkout is not yet open. Pricing shown on the site reflects the regular price that will apply once checkout is enabled.
What the fee covers
The $39 fee, once enabled, covers your digital PDF design files only — a print-shop-ready file and a home-print-ready file. Physical printing is not included: you arrange and pay for printing separately, with a print shop of your choice or on your own printer. Your course and tournament data
You're responsible for reviewing all course, hole, and tournament information before printing — including any data filled in automatically through course lookup. Course data comes from a third-party source and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate for your specific course or tees; always verify par, yardage, and hole details before relying on them for your event.
Uploaded photos and logos
By uploading a cover photo or sponsor logo, you confirm that you own it or have the necessary permission to use it on your scorecard. You're solely responsible for any content you upload; we don't review uploads for ownership or licensing and aren't responsible for content you choose to include.
Acceptable use
Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, and don't attempt to abuse, overload, or scrape the course-lookup feature or the rest of the service.
Intellectual property
ScramblePrint retains all rights to its templates, software, and branding. You keep ownership of your own uploaded content and the finished scorecard design you create for your tournament. Course data may be sourced from OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License (ODbL); where applicable, attribution appears on the printed scorecard.
Refund policy
Each scorecard is a custom digital product generated specifically for your event and delivered instantly, so purchases are generally final once your files are downloaded.
That said, if something goes wrong on our end — a corrupted or broken file, a final PDF that doesn't match the preview you approved, or a duplicate or mistaken charge — email support@scrambleprint.com within 14 days of purchase. We'll review the issue and make it right, which may include a corrected file or a refund at our discretion.
This policy will apply once paid checkout is enabled; purchases aren't currently available.
Disclaimer of warranties
ScramblePrint is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and as noted above, we don't guarantee the completeness or accuracy of third-party course data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may update the service or these terms as ScramblePrint develops, particularly as paid checkout launches. We'll revise the date at the top of this page when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
