Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

ScramblePrint ("we," "us") is operated by a US-based sole proprietor. This policy explains what information ScramblePrint actually collects today, in plain terms, and will be updated as the product changes.

Information we collect

What we do not currently do

To be clear about the current state of the product:

Cookies and local storage

ScramblePrint uses your browser's local storage (not cookies) to save your in-progress scorecard draft so you can leave and come back without losing your work. This data stays on your device; you can clear it at any time using the "Start New" option in the scorecard builder or your browser's own settings.

Sharing information

We share course search queries with OpenGolfAPI, as described above, to look up public course data. We do not otherwise share, rent, or sell your information to third parties. When paid checkout is introduced in the future, payment details will be handled directly by a third-party payment processor, and this policy will be updated to describe that integration before it goes live.

Data retention

Your scorecard draft lives only in your own browser and under your control. We do not retain uploaded photos, logos, or scorecard details on our servers beyond the moment it takes to generate a preview file you requested.

Your rights and contact

If you have questions about this policy or want to ask about any information connected to you, email us at support@scrambleprint.com.

Children's privacy

ScramblePrint is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes, particularly once paid checkout launches. We'll revise the date at the top of this page when we do.
